Hi, I’m Marcus Kalantar, the founder of Sovereign Traders Academy.
I created this course because I saw a serious problem in the world of trading education — it was bloated with hype, confusion, and content that left people more lost than when they started. I knew there had to be a better way.
I’ve spent years refining my approach to trading — cutting through the noise, testing what works, and building a method that’s grounded, clear, and practical. The result is the Sovereign Trading Method: a step-by-step system designed to take you from beginner to confident trader, with no fluff or false promises.
This isn’t about signals, gambling, or chasing quick wins. It’s about developing real skills — the kind that let you make smart decisions, manage risk, and crucially to trade independently with structure and confidence.

My Background
I first learned about Bitcoin in 2013, when the space was still in its early days. I was fascinated by the core idea of a decentralised, limited-supply alternative to the traditional monetary system. Its properties convinced me that it could be the best form of money, a store of value, and an unconfiscatable asset for the future. That curiosity led me down the path of investing and trading. Over time, I’ve built deep, hands-on experience navigating the markets, developing trading systems, and understanding the broader crypto landscape as it evolved.
Before founding Sovereign Traders Academy, I spent years working in IT consulting for leading banking and financial institutions. That experience gave me a strong foundation in systems thinking, analysis, and structured delivery, all of which now shape the way I teach.
I’ve seen firsthand how confusing and costly it can be to learn trading the hard way. Many crypto influencers push false promises of quick wins, while even traditional trading schools often promote an unrealistic, oversimplified approach. That’s why I created this academy. The goal is to provide clear, principle-based education rooted in real market experience, helping you become a well-rounded and self-sufficient trader with the mindset and structure needed for long-term success in the crypto markets.
